Photographic prints on tracing paper, pencil, stamped labels / 9 x 12 inch scans / 2023
Originally a series of twelve ephemeral sheets hung in two rows, this series is an exploration of how affect structures our experiences through assumptions about time.
The 24-hour clock splinters our affective experiences into as many parts, and I seek to document my subjective experience of this phenomenon by making tripartite links between photographs, text, and time. This is furthered by attempting to arrange the data in sequence, as it simultaneously illuminates and obfuscates.
