Made entirely with basic HTML, the project considers the ascii as a form of prehistoric digital image, likening the form to cave painting. The user is asked to scroll through the dark of the webpage to unearth glyphs, the meaning of which may be lost through this transmission.
This project's architecture was heavily inspired by Andrew Badr's Your World of Text, which I came to know by way of Making Mistakes at The School for Poetic Computation. Thanks to Kameelah Janan Rasheed for facilitating the course.
